RecommendedIn the last month I have used Althoff twice. Once for my generator service with Dave and once for my sumpump with Dan. Both technitions were extremely competent, knowledgeable and very polite. I will continue to use Althoff.
Why are my wife and I thrilled with this outfit? - Last Thursday, Customer Rep Mike Brix provided a competitive quote for a new furnace. - Sunday, 16 year old furnace (sensing the end?) craps out. Althoff is a top notch organization with very friendly technicians and sales staff who take the time to ensure I understand my options. I'd be hard pressed to find a negative in any of my dealings, and I would definitely recommend their services
Althoff has taken care of our HVAC and pump needs for a number of years under maintenance agreements. Furnace, air conditioner, and sump pumps have been replaced in the last fifteen months, and we just had a new water heater installed. We have been pleased and very satisfied with the work, the products, and especially the people. Good company!
