Get directionsThe heating and ventilation part of Althoff is fine.Their prices are comparable to the industry.The plumbing side is a different story.They quoted me $500 for 2 toilet float valve replacements,$2500 for sump pump and emergency pump replacement.They wanted $212 to replace a bathtub spout.Come on guys really?Even if the spout is $50 $162 more to undo a screw and put a another spout on?I will be going elsewhere to get other estimates for my plumbing work.
Too expensive. One hour to snake 2 bathroom sinks. $500
