Overall, an impressively run operation -- the best I've ever encountered. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, empathetic, and helpful. The periodontist who did my procedure, Dr. Neugeboren, rightfully deserves the stellar reputation and accolades he's received (ex: 5280 magazine's Top Dentist several years in a row). One of the nicest dental offices that I have ever been in--not just the beautiful new space and elegant finishes, but more especially, both the Dental Assistant and the exceptional Dentist. Kind, clear and professional explanations of procedures and treatment possibilities, plus a gentle touch.
My appointment was far better than I expected - the staff and dentist certainly made me feel very much at ease. Even during the first three days of being a new office suite, the staff was "on top of it." It was my first visit, and I'm glad I found these guys.
Staff is very friendly and informative. Dentist takes time to focus on you and explain in as much detail as required.
Everyone, including the receptionist, Anna, Carma and Dr. Neugeboren were very professional, helpful, gentle and thorough. All of my questions were answered, including some I had not even thought about asking.
