All office staff and dental personel were courteous, efficient and professional. As for the procedure itself that lasted about 80 minutes, it was painful or uncomfortable the entire time. Several moments during the procesure, the pain was very intense. Maybe nothing more could have been done about the pain, but I would have like knowing when each variety of pain would end. When you fly to Paris the screeen in front of you has a little icon of the plane in its location between New York and Paris, so the passenger always knows... read more

I have questions in my mind about whether I can financially afford to continue my treatments in the future due to the expense of your product.I may need to shop around in the future. The Dr.s and staff are excellent, I have no complaints with the treatments I have received thus far except for the cost factor.

I was definitely nervous going into my gum graft surgery, but Dr. Neugeboren did a great job and it was not anywhere near as bad as I thought it would be. He talked me through each step and continued to keep me informed through the surgery as to where we were at and how much longer it would be. I took one of the Triazolam pills an hour before the surgery and 3 Advil and I didn't feel like it was too painful. The surgery was about 24 hours ago and I'm not feeling too bad, a little sore but taking some pain pills and relaxing.... read more
