Dr. Arguello and his assistant Tylene made the explaination of the surgery clear and comforting. There were moments that made me apprehensive, but I turned the music up a little louder. I'm sure they thought what ever gets him through... Anyways, they did a great job doing what was needed and prepared me for the healing and recovery time ahead. 4 days after the surgery, things are going good.
The staff and providers at Professional Periodontics were wonderful. They attended to every detail from scheduling to pre-surgical preparation to post surgical care.
Professional and excellent care. Surgeon even called later in the evening after an oral surgery to check out the patient!

As perhaps you can imagine, I never enjoy routine cleaning and measuring of my teeth. I've always had good experiences at PP but Patty was awesome. She was very gentle, had great "bedside manner" and was also extremely thorough in her cleaning and checking. I could go on and on. Let me just say that Patty is a "keeper".
Came in for an evaluation ... was in a lot of pain for the entire day. Could barely have my lunch. Had to take lots of Tylenol. One of my most opainful dentist visits.
The staff was friendly and respectful of their patient's time. Dr. Neugeboren performed a very thorough evaluation and explained my situation and all of the evidence with an appropriate level of detail. While discussing my condition I was given the impression that he is very current in the knowledge of his industry and that the practices they employ are very modern w/ great results.I have not yet been in for treatment, but I expect the best. 5 stars.
Tracy was very gentle and paid attention to my needs. I would see her again and again for my cleanings. :)
