I had some hesitation going into this but Dr. Nuegeboren put me at ease and kept me posted every step along the way. Dr. Neil had wonderful bedside manner. The whole experience was excellent.
My office visit was for a cleaning. My hygienist did an outstanding job. She was thorough and caring. She explained what she was doing and verbalized her concerns. I felt satisfied and I trust the level of care I received to be the best in the industry. Thank you.

Everyone in this office has continually made me feel as relaxed as possible. They are willing to be patient with me while I get comfortable and attempt to lower my anxiety. I truly believe they care about me as a person...and it shows with their interaction, from the receiptionist to the Doctor(s). Very pleasant staff, always have a smile and they make you feel comfortable and make sure you are well taken care of at all times. Doctor P. was great and would highly recommend and he ensures his technicians know and understand the process and what they need to do to assist the doctor. Every staff member is very good at what they do.
Dr Alan Pomeranz did my pocket reduction and it well very well. He made sure I understood what was going on and made it a very pleasant experience.
Corby is one of the most thorough hygenists I have encountered in 25 years of periodontal care. In addition, she is most pleasant and has such a gentle touch that one could have a nap while she is working. Hope you will keep her on staff for a long time! judithc
