I can highly recommend them, they are absolutely wonderful. I was very apprehensive about having pocket reduction surgery, but Dr. Neugeboren and his staff made me feel very much at ease. The surgery was much easier and less painful than I anticipated.
+Considering that most patients are terrified due to the nature of the work performed here, the docs and staff are patient, understanding, and very professional. +Very good assistance from staff, even on the phone.+The office bldg is not marked well and is hard to find, at least on the first visit.
Courteous front desk employees. Hygienist good at explaining procedure, very proficient at cleaning process.
I thank Dr. Pomeranz for assuring my comfort during the implant procedure. It did not last as long as I had anticipated, and I have not experienced any discomfort after this procedure.

I want to let everyone know how helpful and nice Anne has been to me. I have a lot of dental work that needs to be done and Anne has been there to explain the treatment and guide me thru the process. It's like having a councelor to help me with the trama and shock of having this much work to do in my mouth. I also want to mention what a great job Tracie did planing and scaling. I spent over three hours in the chair with no pain!!!

The nice ladies at the reception desk was wonderful and understand that I was a little scared. My Doctor and his assistant was great. It was nice to be in an atmosphere that was so warm. The whole staff works as a team. I love this place, but hope I don't go back again. LOL
The staff was very helpful with all my questions and they made me comfortable during myprocedure
