The procedure, while not pleasant, was completely painless. Dr. did a great job communicating and explaining each step. Periodontal assistant also explained post care very thoroughly. Both put me at ease ( as much as that's possible.) I would not hesitate to recommend Dr and Altura to friends and family.

Thank you I was disappointed that nothing can be done for 2 months. I work with someone that goes to Altura now and her doctor (Hispanic one) did a bone graft the first time there and plans rod insertion in 2 months and tooth insertion in 2 more months Waiting till June 16th seems like a long delay.

1/2 hour wait in waiting area I had an 11:00am appointment and arrived early and checked in. I didn't get called to come to the appointment room until 11:30am. No one informed of a delay or said anything to me during my 1/2 hour wait. They also didn't seem to have my "health record" that I filled out last July on file. It seems there has been a turn-over in staff since the move to the new location.
