Highly recommend Dr. Chu and the entire team. I was referred to Dr. Chu for root canals/re-treats and she made the process as smooth as possible. Dr. Chu and her team helped me to feel comfortable and I did not feel any pain during my procedures. I usually have a lot of anxiety going to the dentist, but i felt comfortable and at ease. I went and there was no alert on how to get upstairs since the stairs are inside a different door. Tried calling to ask on how to get up there and didn't let me ask and was placed on hold. By the time I get upstairs I was still on hold and the girls up front were on the cell phone... how important. Right. I really enjoyed my appt with Dr Amber Chu today. I was referred to her for a root canal retreat. From the moment I walked into the office, until I saw the Dr., everyone was phenomenal. The front desk was prompt to answer several questions I had over the phone prior to my appointment and greeted me like they knew me personally when I met her today (Kelly). I arrived at my scheduled appointment 15 minutes just to provide the same insurance information and profile information I provided when I scheduled the appointment over the phone. Now im a past patient so o knew to comw early just to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome by the office manager Kelly. She is rude and will ignore all request . These people are great! The front desk lady is super nice. Dr. Ludy did great work on me last time. Had 2 root canal retreats with him and had no pain through the process. Unfortunately, this time that I went back he's no longer there and with the doctor that saw me, although very nice, I didn't feel as comfortable. I don't know if I will go back for the work I need for that reason. It's very expensive also because my insurance doesn't cover much. That's not their fault though.
