Attire, dress shorts and collared shirt @ 106 degrees and seated in bar. Made reservations 30 days prior to visit. Three Hostess displayed mediocre Professionalism… Cocktails were creative and tasty. Quality of food was par and tremendously over priced.
Our server -Karina- was excellent and our food was fantastic!
Extremely expensive. Table of 4. 2 shared entrees, 3 appetizers, a couple of sides, 2 desserts, and 2 drinks each (8 total). Bill - $1,200. Service was great. Ambiance was nice. Noise level was loud. One bathroom which is coed.

I took my girlfriend out for dinner not expecting much but we were both extremely surprised. The service was exceptional and food was exquisite. They have the best steak in the RGV. The restroom thing is a bit weird but will definitely be back for the food. 10/10

Ribeye was disappointing. Was not cooked at requested temp. Very tough. Sea bass was fantastic. Leo, our server, was great.

I think if Ambra wants to be a legitimate fine dining establishment it is failing. It feels like any other restaurant just with more staff. Hostess and waiters should know their customers, be orchestrated, and smooth when serving. We were celebrating our anniversary and put that in the reservation because they asked.
