In my opinion, the best the galley has to offer. Have dined here a few times now and have had an incredible meal every time. Out of towners from Dallas were impressed.

We really enjoyed our experience and dinner at Ambra! Great ambiance, very stylish and so nice. it was a very busy Saturday evening but the service was excellent. Food was so good!!! We started off with a few appetizers; mollejas, ceviche and oysters, wow everything was delicious and came out quickly! Dinner was amazing; table ordered the chicken plate (big serving and so delicious) petite steaks (cooked perfectly) and the sea bass was huge, perfectly cooked and served with a little broccolini! First time dining here as this restaurant opened earlier this month. First impressions were Wow! The ambience and decor were fantastic! Our server, Christopher, was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive and provided excellent service. The food was delicious from the lamb lollipops to the Sea Bass. The cocktails (house made ginger beer) and wine were excellent. The wine selection is also excellent. Will be back very soon!

Food was great restaurant is beautiful and ambiance was awesome . The only negative part was our waiter Chris who clearly hates his job . We asked something in Spanish and he would respond in English because he said “ no hablo español” . I will be back but I’ll make sure Chris is not my waiter . Other than that everything was a great experience
This is a nice restaurant, very upscale and modern place, good music, main entrees were good, and the butter is amazing… However, reservation was made 2 weeks in advanced for Saturday night celebration and when we arrived we were not taken to the dining room but instead took us next to the bar and restroom…which by the way, EVERYONE goes to take pictures.
