Customer service was excellent! It took a pretty long time to find a driver however (past the dates I gave them). BUT car came in perfect condition and everyone I worked with was extremely pleasant. I would use them again! Also great option if you want to pack a car full, not a lot of companies do that

Pleased with overall services. Satisfied with the representative, except for the lack of right info. in the beginning which delayed the process by 10 days., It was a little frustrating. My experience with American Auto Shipping was overall pretty good. They got my vehicle across the country with no issues and delivered it ahead of schedule. They even delivered it to my workplace which was great. The customer service was excellent. I specifically worked with Aerin Davis and she was great.
