I had never shipped a car before. After looking at several options and talking with a couple of the brokers, I settled on Amercian Auto. Aerin did a good job of helping me understand all the aspects of the process and followed up for me on questions I had. When the driver had an issue, she and her colleagues made sure I was updated with the info I needed. Car was picked up as promised and delivered as promised across the country. I would definitely use them again.

Rachel is awesome! She explained the entire process very clearly. There were no surprises along the way. Our car arrived on time and untouched with no damage at all. Valuable employees like Rachel, need to be well taken care of and compensated. We would go through the exact process for our next auto move. No worries no stress!

American auto worked with a reputable shipper to ensure my car was safely transported. This is a collector vehicle so no damage or issues was essential. The driver was very good and the car arrived in good shape with no issues. American me to deliver to a backup address if the car did not arrive on time and the price was reasonable. However, i did not find out that the car would not be delivered on time until i called day of. Fortunately it was within bus hrs and and updated delivery contact was made for a few days later.

I called Rachel after listening to my mom have problems with a different auto shipping broker (Roadrunner). Bottom line is that Rachel was super helpful, patient, explanatory, and had my vehicle picked up the next day. The company that transported my vehicle had excellent communication too!
