Aerin is the lady that helped me my vehicle move. I placed a request for a bid on the American Auto Shipping web site over a weekend, due to it being weekend my info was placed to several companies. I went with a company that contacted me and had nothing but problems with them. I waited 8 days for someone to contact me about shipping my truck and never did get a shipper. Rachel at American auto worked with me to find a reputable shipper to ensure my car was safely transported. This is a collector vehicle so no damage was upmost concern. The driver was very good and the car arrived in good shape with no issues. They worked with me to deliver to a backup address if the car did not arrive on time bc i was going to be out of town. However, i did not find that the car would not be delivered on time until i called day of. Fortunately i called and got an updated date and Rachel updated the address.... read more

I used others and had issues. These guys are the best. Honest service! Plus a free car wash?? Call them first and skip the rest. Best pricing . Driver was excellent he even stoped for me to check inside for lost item while on the road.

Aerin Davis did just a wonderful job getting my vehicle shipped cross country. Everything was just as she said and actually the vehicle was deliver much more quickly than I thought they could do. The car wash was a nice touch also. I would recommend Aerin anytime

This was the first time I had ever had a car shipped before. I said the date and they came the exact day that I requested.The person picking up the car was very professional. It was nice getting email updates up until they picked up the car. The estimated time was 10 days and my sister received the car 1 day earlier then estimated. I would definitely recommend to anybody needing this type of service.

My car was shipped across country on time. I was concerned that my car was not going to be shipped on time but it was, without a scratch. I called Aerin daily and she was available and accommodating as was the entire staff. Thank you guys.
