Everything was smooth and Rachel was very nice and pleasant to work with. First time shipping a car and would recommend to anyone. They gave me a time and the driver made it on time

Great company! I can’t believe what a great experience this was. I wasn’t sure what to expect because I’d never shipped a car before. They made everything quick and easy. They also were very affordable. I would be more than happy to use them again. My car got in safely and communicated really well. I really couldn’t be happier. I had to unexpectedly move for work and needed to get my car shipped very quickly. I contacted American Auto Shipping and they jumped right into action. I just bought my car so I didn’t want to put the miles on it when I moved. I called a bunch of auto shipping places but American Auto Shipping gave me the best deal. They also had great representatives who really knew how to treat their customers. The driver was very kind and kept me informed. I felt comfortable as soon as he arrived. My car got to me without a scratch and I would happily call American Auto Shipping again if I ever do another distance move. Thanks guys!

This industry is very competitive with a lot of poorly performing actors. My experience was primarily with Breanna, who was professional, kept me informed every step of the way, patient with my questions and outstanding with follow up. She also has a good sense of humor. Honestly, I just wanted my car transported reliably, but the excellent customer service was a surprise. Based on my experience I referred a friend.
