Rachel was fantastic. Quoted a great price, which never changed. Had the car picked up in 24 hours and had it delivered ahead of schedule cross-country. First of all, the quotation made within 3 hours. Its very professional quote with all the details user wanted to proceed. The quote was reasonable and makes you relax and await for the truck to pick up. Everything is as expected, truck come to pick up on time with all professional service as you desired. Driver will call you to discharge the vehicle on time, and everything is up to your expectation. Please leave them coffee money for appreciation.
Truthful. No hassles. I thought they could have communicated a little better (either by email or phone) that they received the initial payment and were working on finding a driver. It only took them a day or so to get someone lined up. From pick up to delivery, everything went smoothly. I'd use them again. I really liked that they have the employee pictures on the website.

I had my car shipped from DE to CA. My broker was very helpful and helped me find a carrier in a timely manner. My carrier picked up and delivered my car on time. The total delivery took 3 days which is much faster than I expected, but my carrier only accepts case. In summary, this is a very positive experience.
