I shipped my brother's car from California to Washington, where he is stationed, though Americas auto shipping where I was helped by Brianna, she was very helpful and had great customer service skills. The shipping went well, the pick- up and arrival time was right on point. I'm am very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend.

We were the exception to the rule as far how long it takes to ship a vehicle, but it was no fault of Brianna and her team. The Christmas holidays and a slow start of the drivers getting back to work made this a long process for us. American Auto Shipping shipped my car from California to Virginia in 5 days. Very fast and the communication was excellent. I did knock one star down due to the fact it took 10 days to book a truck from my original pickup date. I would recommend but be flexible on the pickup date.
Briefly to summarize my interaction with Brianna. Brianna was very cordial, answered all my questions and concerns that I had, gave me a fair quote, send me all the documentation to review and followed up until the vehicle was picked up and dropped off to the final destination. It was a pleasure working with her.

Breanna from AAS was really professional through out the whole process and the driver was fast and on-time. It took them 2 days to deliver my car from Virginia to Louisiana! Highly recommended!!!!
Rachel was phenomenal. What could go wrong, will go wrong but was absolutely no fault of American Auto Shipping. Rachel was extremely helpful with our circumstances and would not stop working until our transport from VA to HI was complete and all the hang ups we encountered were taken care of. We will definitely use them again for any car transport we need!
