$409 pd for 1-5 day delivery. Expensive for 160 miles. 5th day w/o truck but they do have unlimited supply of excuses. Shouldn't advertise 1-5 day shipping if they can't deliver. Told me for extra $200 they could probably get it here quicker. Have used up 5 days on my 30 day temp tags waiting on shipment. What a joke!! Neighborhood kid w/red wagon would be more reliable.

If I could give out red flags instead of stars I would give the company 5 red flags. We allowed Mike to leave his car in our office parking lot at his own risk for free as he had to leave town. Boy was that a mistake. Mike claimed we drove his crappy 2010 car 459 miles over the weekend. He sent a montage of pictures from his phone and the one of the odometer was blurry. He then tried to tell us we had to buy the car, when we said no, he wanted the shipping for free, when we said no he threatened us. Interesting note his email address is gotcha@xxx.com
Since I had a tight schedule for my car shipping, I chose this company as they were offering a two-days pick up, as you can check from the website, that comes for an additional cost of 250 - so the car was planned to be picked up either the 7th or the 6th of June - the carrier called me Friday to let me know that he would have picked up the car the 6th - and I said that was not what I agreed with the company. Customer Daniela Corti is not being truthful. Our Priority Shipping fee is $200 not $250. Daniela was NOT charged $250. We dispatched this to the carrier for pickup on first day of availability. The carrier says that they were available to pick up one day early and called Daniela to ASK if they could pickup the car early. DO NOT USE AMERICAN AUTO SHIPPING!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I just put 2,583.5 miles on our car driving (37+ hours) from Long Beach California to “Tampa” Florida. Our car was supposed to have been transported by American Auto Shipping, but they did not follow through on their deal of bringing the car to Florida as agreed back in January. I contacted american auto shipping to pick up my car . The car wasn't ready so I had put a hold on my account until the car was fininished . 2 mounths later I had dicided not to get the car and canceled my order . I was told they had already dispatched a driver 2 months earlier although the car was never picked up they would not give me my deposit back of 329.00 . Be Aware of this companies policies . Hi Joseph, You asked for a refund after we dispatched your vehicle to the carrier and we provided you with the carrier's name, phone , and the pickup and delivery dates. Once we do that our fee is no longer refundable. This is Industry Norm. All companies on this site have this policy. I am 36w pregnant moving from Ohio to Washington due to the military and we needed to ship my husband's RAM 1500. I hired this company to transport a car from me from Florida to Georgia. This was in the p.m. of January 10th. No later than 2:00 a.m. of January 11th I canceled the order the email and voicemail. Now they are refusing to refund my deposit saying I violated the contract which I didn't. the lady said I had to cancel it before it was dispatched and it wasn't dispatched until January the 12th so I canceled it a full day before so I am due my refund.
