Deborah was great! I used American Auto Shipping to ship my car from Los Angeles, CA to San Antonio, TX. Car was picked up on time and delivered a day early. The pickup and drop off were easy and the driver was great at communicating where they were and when we needed to meet them. Deborah followed up with me consistently throughout the process and was always easy to get a hold of. I would definitely use them again!
My dad retired and didn’t need his truck anymore so he told me he’d ship it to me. But I had to do all the work in getting it shipped. I found American Auto Shipping and their price was perfect. They picked up my car the day they said they would and got it to my home in just three days. I was very happy with their service especially because my dad had a bad experience before and told me his story which wasn’t pleasant. Overall they did a great job and made both me and my dad very happy.
My experience with this company was nothing short of dreadful. I booked their standard service for my car to be picked up between July 29th and August 1st, and I strongly urge others to avoid this company at all costs. Throughout the process, I had to make multiple calls to get any sort of update on my vehicle, and the responses I received were consistently vague and unsatisfactory. This company has the worst customer/scam service in the world. I contracted with them to have my new truck shipped from the dealer in another state to my home. Everything seemed smooth enough. I paid up for an enclosed truck to protect my new truck. Upon arrival, at 10:00 at night, it was on a flatbed trailer pulled by a pick up truck. I was not happy but had to pay the driver or he wouldn't leave my new truck. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are not reliable. They promised to pick up my car within a 5-day window but did not deliver on their promise. When I tried to call them, the call went to voicemail and I was never called back. So I hired another company to transport my car. They finally called me 1 day past their 5-day window and said they would pick up my car the next day, But it was too late because the new shipper was loading my car on their truck at the same time of the call. Rocco is not being truthful at all and will be prosecuted for wire fraud here in Nevada. This crime is punishable by up to 6 months in jail and a monetary fine. He also lied to his bank and may face more criminal charges from them. Rocco gave us a first available date for pickup of Thursday 5-2 and choose a 1 to 5 weekday pickup window. I don’t have a lot of experience with auto transport companies, having only shipped once in January 2024, trusting American Auto Shipping as the broker to get my Toyota from Oregon to Florida. The experience was awful. I can’t stress enough to anyone considering using this company to run away. I am trying to get Forbes to de-list them as their recommended car transport company in the “Best Value” category. Wade is not being truthful at all. The carrier said that Wade was abusive and disrespectful to both the driver and the dispatcher. We had the same bad experience with Wade who feels the more he yells and screams at people who are trying to help him the better service he will receive. Wade cannot be more wrong. We have blocked his email and phone and we will no longer do business with him and we cannot recommend you do business with him either.
The worst service ever. It took them 6 weeks to find a driver, then they overcharged me 300$ more than what we agreed upon, and when I called them at the phone asking for information (after 4 weeks without any communication from them) about my car they sounded always annoyed, like I was bothering them...can I give zero star??

Mattia is lying. We dispatched her back in March as requested. As soon as we completed the job she told us that the car would not be available until late April or May. We told her that we would dispatch this at NO additional charge, however the carriers are getting $300 more in May. She AGREED and we dispatched her again at no additional charge. Mattia should be ashamed of herself for lying online about our company.
We as a carrier transported three loads for this broker and they never paid the full balance of $2600 owed to us for the transport cost. They never respond to our emails or calls. We never thought we would be scammed like this by the company who we worked with before. They just disappeared and their Insurance got cancelled.
We used them to ship from MA to Hawaii. The whole process was confusing and did not turn out at all the way they said it would on the phone. They said 5 business days to pick up the car – it took 13. They said it would take about 3-4 weeks to arrive after we place the order...it's taking over 7. We believed them and didn't arrange rental cars and had to scramble to get set up. They have been hard to reach, impossible to get updates, and mostly just super frustrating to work with.
