Got in an accident last week in my 67 Chevelle. Communication was great until it’s time for the appraiser to come out. Nothing but crickets. Left the appraiser 2 messages. So far I’m not impressed. Im assuming he won’t call or show up today. The car can’t drive and is sitting at my work. Everything was great until this point. They need to follow up and get this taken care of. I’ve been a loyal customer for 4 years. No issues.

Yeah helpful and easy to sign up and get covered for my 63 ford falcon. Not so much the manage my account page tried several times an unable to log onto page to manage my account, poor website

My dad has been trying to insure one of our classic vehicles for almost 2 weeks now. We have sent them pictures of the vehicle per their request and pictures of our licenses and we still haven’t heard anything from them. My dad has tried to call numerous times and he has received no information on how it is going or if there is anything else we need to do. I've been trying to contact these guys about renewing my policy for several months. Nobody there will help, their automated phone system is a joke. They make you jump through hoops to get a policy. Don't waste your time, these people do not respect their clients at all

I singed up and paid for insurance and hav yet to receive my insurance papers they are good at getting you to pay but neglect in doing their work so no I’m looking into hagerti insurance

I had a scheduled call on August 13th. I sent pictures on August 15th. I followed up on August 25th because I hadn’t heard from the agent since the original phone call and request for photos. I followed up again on September 2nd and this time cc’d the general email. I received a phone call at work and left a voicemail stating they couldn’t go with my agreed value and said the best they could do was $5,000 less. I have coverage under them currently, however I am looking for an alternative. They valued my car at 35k, and said I needed to prove it was worth more than that. After sending them numerous receipts of just the drivetrain totaling over 30k alone, Tammy said she would get back with me and follow up. Weeks of silence. I called to follow up, no answer.
