Today I’m not to happy because of plumbing contractor . I asked him why my toilet flushes so slow and he told me I needed a completely new toilet bowl! When I googled the slow flushing problem I found out I need a new Flushing valve and drain flap because the bowl is not filling up with enough water to force a good flush. So my toilet is still backing up
The coverage is great and the rates are reasonable
It's so easy to schedule a service call and at the end of the contract period I can adjust what needs to be covered for the next contract year.
