On the coldest weekend this year I had no heat. It was on a Friday night. I call AHS on Saturday morning they recommended a contractor the contractor called me about 15 minutes later and said someone would be out Monday at 9am. the contractor showed up and after about 20 minutes the heat came on. He advised me that I needed a new motor and he oiled the old one for it to work until they got the new part. Speed of response was timely because we had a leak coming from the ceiling.
Very satisfied!! It was a quick response on AHS part made the device request next day tech wasn't my home and fixed the issue in no time.. it's great to count on a sevice that is their when you need it the most especially in moments that your not even expecting
AHS stands behind their policy..if the appliance can not be repaired, they will replace it.
