I have mostly had good experiences using my home warranty. It depends on who is available in the area to fix a particular issue, but the the home warranty people took my feedback to heart and now always send my preferred repair company whenever I have an issue. I have had repairs on my refrigerator, oven, and built-in microwave/speed oven -- most of which are over 10 years old, so some issues are expected.
