my refrigerator is NOT fixed. The technician had to come 3 times. The 3rd time was because he forgot to connect the fan the 2nd time. I lost food in both fridge and freezer. It is making a loud noise that WAS NOT happening before the tech came and replaced the compressor and one other part.
I have always felt relived once I call in to speak or notify my problem, because I can rest assured Help is on the way and the problem is solved.
