Very good customer service by call center and that is the only good thing I am giving stars for. There is no communication coming from company beyond call center employee, no follow up, no connection with actual people making decision regarding the service and no communication coming from company on why the decision was made. Poor call center people try to do their best to explain but they have their hands tied and can't really help beyond certain point.
Experienced Technician fixed the problem
I have had this policy for about 14 months. A few issues have come up with my pool equipment, and every time they have sent a technician out to either repair the problem or replace the equipment. I haven't had any issues with them and I am so happy. Several people told me home warranties were a waste of money, but as a single mom, I was afraid not to have one. I am thankful for the great customer service at American Home Shield and the contractors they use.
They’re always prompt and helpful. When I have called I never have to wait long to speak to someone, and my questions never go unanswered.
Easy to request service. Work was assigned and completed quickly.
