I have used AHS for over 20 years and am very satisfied with their service.
They are very responsive. They use good service people. If they can’t fix the appliance they will provide a replacement with no hassle. They allow you to put multiple appliances on one ticket so that you don’t have to pay a service charge for each appliance.
There was a quick response during the ice/snow storm a few weeks ago.
I called with a leaking dishwasher. They sent out very knowledgeable technician. I'm getting a new dishwasher. It was fast and painless. So glad I have this extra protection. I'm a single mom. Money is tight. Well worth it.
The lady of customer service is very hard to understand they are from another country easier to pull a tooth than understanding her the rest is very good
