First time using my warranty service & I was thoroughly pleased. I needed to get my exhaust fans serviced because they looked clogged but just needed cleaning. After speaking with the rep to create the work order I was contacted by the electrician within 20 mins of hanging up & Willobee Electric was at my home the following day and asked to come an hour earlier which was great!
There are many warranty programs that make you feel like you have to jump through a million hoops to get help with your issues but AHS was not like that at all! I'm already stressed about what's going on at my house, I don't need to worry that the program I pay for is going to make that difficult. AHS gave me true piece of mind.
