I have had no problem when i call for service within 24 hours i have some one at my house to fix the problem
Home Sheild is ALWAY'S on time getting someone out to fix the problem depending on the situation they will come out the same day. I just love the customer service they ALWAYS professional and making sure you are tooken care of before you get off the phone!

I called American Home Shield about my furnace not working, they were great they set up a contractor within a hour an notified me who the contractor was, the contractor called an I we set up a date for service, they came an my furnace is running like a charm, an it didn't cost anything, it's good to come across areally good company that does what they say
