It all worked out very well. Was not happy with the weeks wait but I guess that couldn't be helped. I now have lovely hot water and was very happy with the company you sent.
At first, my experience with AHS did not look promising. Sometimes I would get the runaround from the receptionist because she didn't understand me. You have to be patient and wait to be connected to a more knowledgeable person. At the end of the day, everything worked out good.
Response to requests is very good. Service providers are quick to respond and service is generally provide quickly.
