We had our garage door opener go out, one of the preloaded springs broke, Unbeknownst to us those springs aren't covered under our policy. I wished they could've subtracted the $75 initial call fee from the overall bill. Other than that the service call was quick and prompt and had our door running like new.

Normally, very consistent in handling customer needs, except when inundated with calls.
Generally responsive, but sometimes it takes 2-4 days for a service to be provided.
When I felt I needed service faster than what the original send out company scheduled me for, I called AHS and they were able to find another company to come quicker.
Easy to schedule a repair, rapid response in assigning a repair shop.
