I love AHS but the last time I called, I literally argued with a representative for an entire 30 minutes asking for a certain a/c company. She stated that she only had one available and that was the only one I could choose. I got so completely frustrated after non-stop arguing. She wouldn't even let me talk. I asked for a supervisor at least 15 times, telling her I no longer wanted to speak to her, I wanted a supervisor. She would not allow me to speak with one and she completely refused to put me with my preferred vendor. S... read more
Our garage door issue was resolved quickly. The service tech also provided great recommendations on how to mitigate future occurrences.
Great service! Our refrigerator quit working, so we called AHS at 1:00 pm. The technician arrived by 3:00 pm. The part was replaced and fixed by 4:00 pm. That is a SUPERFANTASTIC service! The technician was very friendly and professional. He was well trained and knew exactly what needed to be fixed after a 5 minute examination. What’s better is the repair cost. My AC unit started acting up in April 2019. A repair tech was sent out in a reasonable amount of time (few days). My AC's coils were frozen and it was blamed on my filters. So while my unit was turned off and the filters were changed, the coils thawed out and the unit started working again. In August 2019, my AC started doing the same thing. I called AHS with a request for repair of my 1997 side by side refrigerator. The automated call was prompt in giving me a confirmation number and name of local repair company. The company was prompt calling me to set up repair call. That was within 48 hrs & tech appeared within the estimated time frame. He was quick to diagnose the parts needed. I now am awaiting AHS's call with what will happen.
