I received a call in less than an hour, the same day that I submitted a claim online for my air conditioner. My appointment was scheduled for the next morning, the representative called me before coming and was right on time. He was quick and thorough and explained to all details of the service to me and my husband.
I have had AHS for years and feel very satisfied with the service I receive from them. If something goes wrong in my house, I know all I have to do is give them a call and it will be taken care of in a timely manner.
