They have good coverage & great company’s to make the repairs. They’re fast to respond to your requests & the company’s doing the repairs are fast to respond with an appointment.
Great response to repair request. Called for service on a Friday afternoon. Received call from service provider on Sat. And got appointment on Tues noon to 2pm. Tech arrived early at 11:30am and fixed problem. Done about 12:15pm. Easy to work with and would definitely use Nice Guys Appliance Repair again.

American Home Shield is fast and responsive when you file your claims. They provide top quality contractors to complete the work. Finally they are very transparent and everything they cover and do not cover, which there is not much that they do not cover.
Hopefully it's a 5! Because of the overall coverage and customer service. HSA has always been a 5 in my book!! I've been very happy with my coverage and plan to continue to be an HSA client.
