Everytime we have ANY problems with anything that's under this warranty, they're on it! U don't have to keep calling. One time call, that's all. They're the best!
They are very professional and very concern about whatever the problem is
The technician was outstanding in knowledge and professionalism. The only downside to the whole experience is that it was eight days before the tech was scheduled to repair our non-working dishwasher.
They did what I asked. and came back when I thought I needed it.
They did not respond until Monday but I understand it was the weekend. I was impatient as the AC was out and it was 110 degrees. After I called the AHS office on Sunday they reached the contractor and he said he would call Monday. I called him on Monday Morning and they were at our house by about 9:30 and had the AC working before noon. Greatly appreciated. Slept cool that night :) Thank you
We've had them for 4 years, the few times we've had to call them for help, they were very friendly on the phone, told us who would be calling for a service call and when they would be calling us to coonfirm. Both service calls were handled by companies that have good local reputations, so I was glad to see that. One of the calls turned into a total water heater replacement. The new unit was installed 2 days later, with a small out of pocket expense. I am very satisfied with American Home Shield.
