The plumber was timely, informative, and professional.
Good to have, but customer service is not what i am use to. This is not a fake review, i have been a customer of AHS for well over 10 yrs & i have never been able to talk with a representative; don't like that very much. Also don't like that i now have to pay a service fee for each service if i request electrical, plumbing and AC repairs at the same day/time when I use to be able to request up to 3 and only pay 1 service fee. Becoming a little expensive and may not be able to keep much loner.
My range that still looks brand new was not able to be repaired. So American Home Shield replaced it with a new one that is almost exactly the same as my other one. I am very, very happy with it. Thank you.

Love your service! I sleep better at night knowing so much of my home is covered by my warranty. When I place requests I get great service providers and only pay my deductible. I refuse to be without your warranty.
I have attempted to get my dishwasher fixed before and the problem wasn't solved. Once I was able to use American home shield, they took care of it painlessly and quickly.

I have used American Home Shield for over than twenty years. I am completely satisfied. The service is economically priced and professionally administered. I have had only on occasion of disagreement. That was when I experienced a Septic Tank electrical problem that I felt should have been cover but was not covered. Over the years all other service requests were completed to my satisfaction.
Getting my home repair was easy and we did not have to wait long for the repair person to come and fix the problem.
