Mariah D kept her word! She was the only person in my whole encounter with American Home Shield that came through with her promise. Mariah took the time to review my complaint and make good on her word. While I did not get full reimbursement for my water heater, she did approve a financial remedy. Very pleased with the service and coverage. Contractors have been knowledgeable and fairly quick response. AHS has been extremely fair in their replacement policy. I have had only positive experience since joining AHS.
Fast service. Response to my request right away. When tech requested parts and replacement unit request was filled in a timely manner.
Service was good and timely . The only complaint I have is that when I first signed up they did not tell me I could add septic tank to policy and after the first year this was no longer an option. And for the price I paid the coverage was not on enough items such as appliances is an added price
I had my 17 year old dishwasher stop cleaning and I called for service / repair. The repair company can't replace it as that is not what they do. The repair guy was going to have AHS reach out to me to schedule an install of a new Dishwasher. So I waited 5 days without contact from AHS and I called for help on this matter. I was told that I would get an email of which to select the features I wanted on the new dishwasher. Great! I have not seen it arrive yet via email. AHS you are rapidly losing points with me!
