Mike/repairman was knowledgeable and prompt. He found problem, ordered part, then can came back and fixed washer machine promptly. Washer is old, but has been working like new ever since.

The person on the phone was very courtesy and very helpful
The timing for a tech was 2 days but once he arrived he got right to work and fixed the problem
I love American Home Shield for the convenience. When I needed a plumber, I called and they came right out. They worked with me and my schedule. They were kind, friendly, professional, and very courteous. Also, when my furnace went out on a very cold Michigan winter day. They came right out and fixed it. They are a reliable company. I'm glad I have them.

My needed home repair was very easy to get fixed with AHS. Simple to navigate system, and an almost immediate reply with a local company. The company name, address, phone number and repairman's name were all sent to me. Scheduler worked with me on getting convenient hours for me, not them. AHS also sent a survey right after work was done on how repairman did. I highly recommend using AHS to fix your home repair issues.
Appointments with technicians are given right away. The tech arrives at the time frame they suggest and the job gets completed professionally and in a timely manner.
