So far so good! My water heater was leaking, and American Home Shield sent Virtual Plumbing out. Tyler H and another repairman were fabulous. They replaced my water heater! They were professional and on time; they did an amazing job! American Home Shield only charged me for the service fee, nothing else. I couldn’t be happier with my first experience with AHS and Virtual Plumbing!

Good website, responsive and good follow up
As subscribers for many, many years, we are very satisfied with the contractors that AHS sends to repair items in our home. We find AHS to be very reasonable, timely and knowledgeable.
The service tech was polite and professional however I did not agree with his diagnosis of my dripping shower.

I have used American shield for my repairs and I always have a great quick experience. People just need to be flexible. They could not fix my machine and I loved it and they ordered me a new one the same day. Now that is excellent service! The repair man here in Colorado- Chris's appliance and repair was so professional and caring. We have been with AHS for 20 years. We had one lapse in a year because of moving to another home, covered by another warranty. We dropped that one for poor service and quickly re-signed with AHS. They are prompt, courteous and have always provided us with competent companies who have repaired or replaced items to our satisfaction. Would recommend AHS to anyone searching for a reliable home warranty.
