I've been very satisfied, but I needed my microwave replaced and the model they selected didn't match my kitchen. I opted to purchase my own but had no idea they wouldn't help me in arranging the install. It's been a huge hassle, but overall, it's a good company.

I have had AHS for over 10 years. I am satisfied with the service that is offered. However your billing dept. I had a problem with about 10 days ago. I was charged for my monthly service twice and I only approved bill pay from my bank once. I tried to resolve this and the customer service representative couldn't help me. I went round & round with her for over 20 min, I finally asked for her supervisor & spoke with her & still did not get this resolved. American Home Shield in itself has good response to our needs, however we have had experience with one plumbing company who is difficult to contact and basically are non-responsive. On the last service request I ended up arranging for a different plumber who was prompt, courteous and great service.

Needing electric and plumbing. Last year guy came out that did both. This time said they can't do it without additional 100.00 fee.had to call ac guy after being told they won't cover ours. Electrician out once and said he couldn't work on it because it required running some new wire and outlet..did fix toilet and garbage disposal
