Other than already receiving this email and responding to it AND providing feedback on the contractor itself I would say the product is sound and fine however your email marketing needs improvement to prevent spamming those who have already taken the time to fulfill your request. A simple thank you would be appreciated over an email asking for something already provided. Please check your tech, you have bugs.

I am a new customer with AHS. Unfortunately, I had to submit a claim for a repair within two weeks from the date my plan went into effect. The process from start to finish I would rate as well above my expectations. With regards to customer service, the agent I spoke with about the claim was very helpful and accommodating.
