I live in a rural area outside of Pittsburgh. AHS doesn’t pay contractors enough to get them to show up. I have been through different contractors and usually I need to bribe them to get them to come and do my repairs.

spoke to two reps - the first one immediately demanded the fee w/o an understanding of what I needed. I hung up, began again with a second person, and she did an excellent job.
