It is a breath of fresh air in my senior stage of life to have a company perform professionally in a timely manner. American Home Shield is one of those companies. Knowing I can count on them to take care of the inevitable repairs that are always needed by homeowners is a great relief. There are plenty of other things to worry about - AHS eliminates a lot of worry and stress.
Very professional and timely
Water heater burst at 2 pm. Call from tech by 4 pm. Arrived next morning at 8 am. Got all approvals/permits and new water heater was installed by 4 pm. Y'all nailed it.
I contacted AHS via email to address my problem. It went smoothly and my query was immediately answered with the pertinent information as to who would be contacting me and when. While the company could not come out immediately, it was still fixed in a timely manner.
Great job and the problem was solved quickly with professionalism and courtesy.
