Able to take care of problems in the house. The last company came and looked at heat but did not leave any paperwork. I was at work and my mother was here. All I was told was something needed to be cleaned. Would like their report,

Quick response to calls for repair. The customer service is not always the best because you speak with people all over the world who can't speak good English. The company gas replaced a hot water heater at cost of $1700, and our part was only $400. Also replaced heating and air system unit and we only had to pay installation.

I was prompted to sign up for my annual AC check on line. I did so, then was told when the tech arrived that I could only have 1 serviced. I had to call AHS to pay the additional $75 fee to have the 2nd serviced. I didn't mind paying- just thought your system would have prompted me to service both units- since you know we have 2.

I am frustrated that I have had to have someone out here 3 different times to work on my air conditioning. The company that has come are non responsive. I have had to call them myself each and every time. They are nice and I kn now they are busy, but they need to keep their customers updated or give a time frame as to when the work can be done.

So far I was somewhat disappointed on my first repair request on one of my two properties after the company denied repairs after paying the co-pay which was a total loss. Since then the company has delivered on two repairs which has improved my favorability. The platinum contract does allow for the company to pay or replace certain appliances but I had additional out of pocket expenses which the company told me it would be my expense. I like when you send real technicians to our homes. So many of your contractors are really bad. It may be a good idea for your company to check yelp reviews to cycle through the bad contractors. I hope this helps other people with your home warranties
