Good explain , patience, no push, smile
The process was quick and simple even with unprecedented interest rates which caused EVERY ONE to be overwhelmed with business. I was impressed with Jen Jones and Kenzie Ray's professionalism. I was at first tu rned off by everything being done electronically because I am old fashioned and prefer to do business face to face, however because of this stifling pandemic I was very grateful for the ability they had to manage and carry out this process from beginning to end in a matter of a few weeks! I highly recommend !!!!
