He explained everything to me clearly so that everything made sense - and no surprises ever came my way. We had numerous, long, unhurried conversations. Jim went the extra mile to have a conversation with my financial advisor on the East Coast, which I valued greatly. At closing, Jim came to my house in Salt Lake and brought cookies. My experience was not merely excellent; it was also a happy one, too.
