We had such a wonderful experience in working with Burke, it seemed he would drop everything to help us when we needed his help. He was also able to provide such great insight and direction on the rate market as we got the process started.
Jim Cutler, who guided me through the entire process from beginning to end was consistently calm, informed, and cordial. He explained everything to me clearly so that everything made sense - and no surprises ever came my way. We had numerous, long, unhurried conversations. Jim went the extra mile to have a conversation with my financial advisor on the East Coast, which I valued greatly. At closing, Jim came to my house in Salt Lake and brought cookies. My experience was not merely excellent; it was also a happy one, too.
Not only is Jen a dream to work with, but her whole team makes everything completely effortless for their client!! I cannot get over from beginning to end how smooth all the steps of paperwork were for me! In years past I feel like I had to do most of the hunting for a lot of my info.
