Had an issue with chair I brought last year. I took a little bit of time but the replaced it. Appreciate business that honor their warranty.
Joe P Joe was very welcoming and professional, when my wife and I came to visit the Tinley Park Outlet store. We were looking to replace our old Hot Tub. After reviewing several types of tubs, Joe very fairly negotiated additions to our choice of tub. He was very informative of the tub options and clearly outlined the process of the transaction! My wife and I left the store very satisfied!

Excellent experience! our salesman **** was top notch! We were looking for a hot tub and had already selected one from another store. ****'s knowledge of the product and no pressure approach made us completely comfortable purchasing from them! Not to mention we showed up shortly before closing and there was no rush! Just a great experience!
**** and **** were phenomenal. They were polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and hard working. They had some issues with their equipment which made their day longer and they didnt complain one time. Excellent job.
Great service on the sale with ***** from **********; very knowledgeable and helpful. Then the installation and delivery crew leader was also knowledgeable and helpful, proving advice on the best way to install our gazebo given how our patio was designed
