Thanks to burnis on knowing his product,patience and customer service. If it wasnt for him we would have went somewhere else. He made this sale easy for us.Im a shopper and he explained to me why we should choose his store an what we were getting witch made it a clear choice. The Manger at the ********** IL store was very knowledgeable on the pool products she sells. I was specifically looking for a 2-speed 1 - 1/2" ************** pool pump to replace my old one die to old age and I gave the specs equivalent to the previous pump I have. She found me an upgraded version that I had needed and then everything worked out great after that even for the value of the money I paid for. Thank you, ******.. ***** *. :) (09-04-2024).

My items were shipped quicker than expected. Everything was very well packed with no damage. It was easy to see where my shipment was on their website. I will be shopping with them again as the prices were great, shipping was a little high but still was cheaper than buying from local stores that had the same items. Great service.

They have the nicest high quality merchandise! We love the patio set we purchased!! We are now looking at the matching dining set. C.R. Plastics are not only beautiful, but will probably last forever and they are all weather so we don't have to worry about finding room to store them. We can leave them out year round.

***** at AMERICAN SALES in ********** is the BEST!!!!! We bought a pool last year and just had it installed a couple weeks ago. We've gone back to ***** several times now with issues as we haven't had a pool in years to maintain and so much has changed. He is always accommodating, welcoming and never makes us feel stupid.
