Dealer is awesome our second building we bought from him. Customer service leaves much to be desired, she lied about install date twice, then when I called her out she blocked my number and I couldnt reach CS anymore. My dealer went over her head to her boss which handled the install date and got my shop installed. The crews are very quick and friendly. They left a perfectly built building and cleaned up the site once done. This companies only issue is the girl who answers the phone in ******. She is ruining the company name... read more

24 x 25' carport was installed 18 months ago on a concrete pad. All went well. Professional, courteous, neat work. No complaint at all. WE had decided then to leave most of the sides, and the rear opened, to increase air circulation for drying firewood. Seemed like a good idea at the time; but, with the air, came lots of blowing snow. Today, they returned, and installed the remaining two panels on the sides, and the entire rear. This company was one of the best I have ever dealt with. Amazing customer service and the contractors installing my car port were wonderful. Kept in contact with me the entire delivery time and installation. Very nice and efficient! Highly recommend them to anyone! The ordering process was very simple and I was treated with respect even though I asked a lot of (probably dumb) questions!

Overall the process was good, however, when it rains, I get water under the doors and into the building. Also, they advised me that the building was rated for 150 mph winds, however, when they were ready to come and install the building, they told me I needed the additional anchors for another $700.

Garage only up for one month, but so far am very pleased. Crew came when they said they would, got right to work after confirming location of windows and doors; cleaned up site after completion of 24 x25 garage. Out of driveway in less than 8 hours from arrival.

They built my 30x25 steel building. Builders were neat, courteous and professional. Building could not be built any better. No screws were missed all doors are square and operate perfectly. Building inspected arrived when they were finishing up and he was very impressed. He commented how good the building looked and it was secured to the concrete very good. Staff made it easy to design, purchase and make changes to the building. I am 100% satisfied. Thank you, American Steel Carports!

Ordered my 20 X 30 barn 1/26/2023, they told me what size the concert slab would need to be and how they would anchor it when they came. Had it all ready then the bad weather set in and postponed the install. as soon as the weather changed the installers were there with in a week. The crew ******* called the day before to let me know what time they would start and four of them showed up about 6:45. They were very professional and informative about how I wanted things and how it could be done. They cleaned everything up after... read more
