I did extensive research and visited many places before I chose ADH to redo my kitchen. Their showroom is fabulous! From Day 1, Shota was responsive and had great ideas. Keep in mind, I had cabinets from 1956 that were falling apart and a kitchen footprint that was not functioning well as a working kitchen--and I cook a lot! I went with America's Home DreamWorks for my kitchen remodel. I was really nervous about the process as I had heard some stories. I met with several companies and this company was not the cheapest but told me that when I started that they would get the job done. Other companies had waiting time for almost 6 months and I have heard that once they start you might be waiting awhile. Well had a few bumps, but my Project Manager Innessa was so helpful. What a rip-off. Went with this company because my husband and I are Costco members. I am highly disappointed in the installation of my countertops and backsplash. Do not let Alex their salesperson talk you into the very expensive granite countertops. Workmanship is awful, installers do not consult with you before gluing down a crooked backsplash and my dishwasher even had debris in it. I was promised good service, but in the end, I am very disappointed.

This is the second remodel project we have done with America's Dream Homeworks and we will continue to use them for future projects. Their entire team was pleasant to work with and very professional! They kept us updated from start to finish on our bathroom remodel. This type of service is hard to find these days.

Two and a half stars is more appropriate but I can't give that rating here. The renovation would have been a better experience had ADH been better at the following: 1. Sales and project management need to be realistic on lead times. It took ADH two months PAST the original start date to begin work. This wasn't because of supply chain issues (as I was first told by Julie, a project coordinator). This is seen from the paperwork ADH left attached to material showing the dates they were ready). I just got my kitchen refacing done with America's Dream Homeworks and am very happy with how it turned out. Innesa, the refacing coordinator keeps me updated on the progress and sent me detailed scheduled of what's being done by whom. The whole process went smoothly without any hiccups, thank goodness. I want to thank the whole team wholeheartedly for all their help: Vitaliy, Paul, Sergey, Vlad, Yuri, Alex, George and crew. Even 7 years after our remodel I am still amazed at the astoundingly crappy, poor, incompetent level of work done by America's Dream Homeworks. Our latest revelation, I was cleaning a sink in one of our bathrooms they remodeled and when scrubbing with light pressure, POP! Out falls the sink. The crew that installed this sink only used silicon caulk to attach the sink under the counter and spots of epoxy adhesive (but not nearly enough). After speaking to 5 contractors over several months, we ultimately decided on ADH to renovate our kitchen. Shota, our designer, listened to our needs and helped us bring our vision into reality. The showroom is beautiful, and it was very inspiring to start the design process right there in the middle of it all. We recently had our kitchen cabinets, countertops, and backslash redone as well as the floors downstairs. ADH made a very stressful process smooth and easy. From Osa, our designer, to Andre and his entire team, everyone was very professional and kept us informed during the entire process. We will definitely be calling ADH when we need any remodeling done. Can't say enough good things about this family owned business.
