We first contacted ADHW in September of 2022 for a kitchen romodel, had our initial appointment 2 weeks later. Alex came over to show their products and before and after pictures from previous projects. He answered any questions we had. We told him what look we were going for.We scheduled an appt (beginning of October) for their showroom to pick out countertop, backsplash,cabinet style/ color and sink. We recently had the countertops replaced in our kitchen. What an amazing experience from start to finish. Alex helped us with all the decisions that needed to be made. He explained the pros and cons and allowed us to decide what would work for us with no pressure. He was professional, knowledgeable and easy to relate to. We were so impressed with Alex and his product that for the first time, we chose not to get a second estimate. The work was completed in one full day. I did extensive research and visited many places before I chose ADH to redo my kitchen. Their showroom is fabulous! From Day 1, Shota was responsive and had great ideas. Keep in mind, I had cabinets from 1956 that were falling apart and a kitchen footprint that was not functioning well as a working kitchen--and I cook a lot! I went with America's Home DreamWorks for my kitchen remodel. I was really nervous about the process as I had heard some stories. I met with several companies and this company was not the cheapest but told me that when I started that they would get the job done. Other companies had waiting time for almost 6 months and I have heard that once they start you might be waiting awhile. Well had a few bumps, but my Project Manager Innessa was so helpful. What a rip-off. Went with this company because my husband and I are Costco members. I am highly disappointed in the installation of my countertops and backsplash. Do not let Alex their salesperson talk you into the very expensive granite countertops. Workmanship is awful, installers do not consult with you before gluing down a crooked backsplash and my dishwasher even had debris in it. I was promised good service, but in the end, I am very disappointed.

This is the second remodel project we have done with America's Dream Homeworks and we will continue to use them for future projects. Their entire team was pleasant to work with and very professional! They kept us updated from start to finish on our bathroom remodel. This type of service is hard to find these days.

Two and a half stars is more appropriate but I can't give that rating here. The renovation would have been a better experience had ADH been better at the following: 1. Sales and project management need to be realistic on lead times. It took ADH two months PAST the original start date to begin work. This wasn't because of supply chain issues (as I was first told by Julie, a project coordinator). This is seen from the paperwork ADH left attached to material showing the dates they were ready).
