I contacted American Dream Homeworks in late August and was given an appointment for September 15 at 10:00 AM. After waiting three weeks for this walkthrough, nobody showed up. I didn't receive a single call, text, or message to let me know they weren't coming. This was very disappointing and a complete waste of my time. I had delayed my project for three weeks just for this appointment, and being left waiting on a Monday morning with no communication is unacceptable. Very unprofessional experience.

The absolute worse customer service. The "designer" who came to my home was ill informed about products and construction. She asked me to the showroom to shop then proceeded to tell me what I wanted and kept looking at her watch as though I was taking up her time. She then went on vacation before providing a quote for my shower renovation and when she returned, put me off 3 more days. The quote to do a minimal bathroom reno was over $28k. I found another contractor for less than half the price. So no, I would not recommend.

They were great from start to finish. From great advice and easy to communicate with in the beginning, correcting an error I made with grace so the project turned out well, and finishing the work beautifully. Will be using them again. Thank you for my beautiful kitchen finish work!

From the moment we stepped into their showroom to our completed kitchen, working with America's Dream HomeWorks was extremely professional. This review is much overdue but I wanted to make sure this company got the kudos it deserves. Our designer Michael Florence was very helpful and gave us good recommendations as to what would look good in our kitchen space and what would be a timeless look. Thank you for the professional installation. Everything from removal of old countertops to installation of new countertops to clean up was efficiently done by the three men who arrived at 9 and left at 5pm. The countertops look beautiful. Working with Michael and Vera was easy and pleasant. I could not be more pleased.

We had new kitchen counter tops installed in April this year, and in trying to get any follow up from this company, Dream Works, has been has been useless. After only 8 months, the main large island counter top developed an 8 inch long crack, and the company has refused to call us back this entire week. I would think that at least some return contact would appropriate. We are disappointed in their at this point.

This company is just amazing! I highly recommend them to everyone who is looking for new countertops. I was nervous about this process and they made it so easy. Everyone was very responsive, competent, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. John Ryan was our salesman. He was very patient with us as we were making our choices. Simply the Best!! The highest compliment I could pay the America's Home Dreamworks Team would be that they treated my home like it was their own if not better in every way. The collaboration from functional design to technical specifications through to execution was seamlessly executed. Found this company through Costco (costco doesn't vet these vendors anymore or provide any assurances that work will be quality). Sorry but this is not worth it. They send someone out to give an estimate but they never even provided an estimate or reviewed actual materials. It was a total sham of our time... somehow the guy came up with a number out of thin air of $15k-20k for kitchen countertops without locking in any actual specs or materials, options, etc..
